Directions:

From Glasgow: Take the A82 along Loch Lomond until you reach Tarbet where you will stay to the left onto the A83. Follow the A83 through Inverary, Lochgilphead and Tarbert until you reach the ferry terminal at Kennacraig on your right five minutes outside Tarbert.

From Port Askaig: Take the A846 for about 10 minutes from the ferry terminal to Bridgend. At the main three-way junction beforethe bridge, make a right onto the A847. Islay House is 500 yards on the right.

From Port Ellen: Make a left from the ferry terminal onto the A846. After 1 mile, stay straight at the right angle junction onto the B8016. Continue straight on for 10 miles until you rejoin the A846 again. Turn right towards Bridgend, then at the main three-way junction immediately after croossing the bridge, make a left onto the A847. Islay House is 500 yards on the right.
